Client onboarding process:
Our process begins with an initial due diligence phase. Once you successfully pass this screening, we will present you with a Client Agreement (CA) for your examination and signature.
Next, you’ll sign a Power of Attorney (PoA), facilitating the acquisition of an NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero), which is utilized by Spanish tax authorities as a Foreigner Identity Number.
Application review and submission:
Next, you’ll proceed to sign a sales and purchase agreement for a qualifying property investment. Following an in-person appointment, you’ll be issued a one-year Golden Visa by the Spanish consulate in your home country within 20 days. Additionally, you’ll need to schedule a biometrics appointment for your TIE (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero), the Spanish Identity Card.
Residency issued:
You’ll be required to personally collect your TIE, Resident Card. This residence permit is initially valid for three years, with the option to renew every five years as long as you continue to fulfil the qualifying conditions.
