You have the option to establish a new company or alternatively, augment the share capital of an existing Portuguese company with a sum of €500,000. Client onboarding process and your first Portugal Golden Visa:
Our process begins with an initial due diligence phase. Once you successfully pass this screening, we will present you with a Client Agreement (CA) for your examination and signature.
Upon receipt of the signed agreement and retainer payment, our case processing team proceeds to finalize all necessary government forms and compile supporting documents. This entails providing documentation affirming a favourable standing with the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority and the Social Security system. Additionally, we assist you in initiating the process of opening a Portuguese bank account.
We facilitate communication with the Portuguese Immigration and Border Service (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras – SEF) on behalf of the Golden Visa applicant. Subsequently, you will obtain your Golden Visa.

You will extend your Golden Visa for an additional two years, allowing you to maintain your residency status in Portugal and continue to enjoy all associated benefits.
Achieving permanent residency or citizenship:
In the fifth year of the Portugal Golden Visa Programme, you become eligible for permanent residency or citizenship. You have the option to pursue either long-term residency or nationality in Portugal.
